1. Booking can be confirmed by email or fax by giving following details:
a. Arrival and departure details.
b. Kind of package required ( with package number above).
c. Number of Adults and children (with name, age,passport no. and contact no.).
d. Number of rooms required( with extra bed requirements if any).
e. Meal preference (Veg/ Non-veg).
2.Payments have to made by demand draft: :
a. Either 45 days before arrival.
b. Or on confirmation.
c. Whichever is earlier.
3.Payment has to be made by demand draft in favour of " Allways Marketing and Travel Services", payable at Delhi/India in following currency
a. Indian Rupees or
b. Equivalent amount in U.S Dollars.
4.Cancellation/amendment rules available on request.
